Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you submit an interest form or project intake through SiteLink, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Your name, company name, email address, and phone number
• Your business domain and website URL
• Project preferences, design references, and technical requirements
• Submission timestamps

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to:

• Scope and deliver your web design project
• Communicate with you about project status and deliverables
• Generate invoices and manage billing through Norstar Technology Group
• Improve SiteLink's intake and onboarding process

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Where your data is stored

Project information is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV — a globally distributed key-value store. Your intake data is also logged to a secure SharePoint list accessible only to authorized Ctrl Alt Design and Norstar staff.

4. Data retention

Interest form submissions are retained for 90 days. Project records are retained for the duration of your engagement plus 3 years for billing and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting studio@ctrl-alt-design.net.

5. Access controls

Access to your project data is restricted to authorized Ctrl Alt Design and Norstar Technology Group staff. Admin access to SiteLink systems requires multi-factor authentication via Microsoft 365 and Duo Security.

6. Cookies and tracking

SiteLink does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on its intake pages. Your completed website may include analytics (such as Google Analytics) if requested in your intake form.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact studio@ctrl-alt-design.net. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to active project contacts.
