Terms of Service

1. About SiteLink

SiteLink is a custom web design service offered by Ctrl Alt Design and delivered through Norstar Technology Group ("Norstar"). By engaging SiteLink services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services provided

SiteLink provides custom-built websites including design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance depending on your selected package. Specific deliverables are outlined in your project scope confirmation.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your intake form
• Supply any content, logos, images, or copy needed for your project in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback on design drafts within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have the right to use any content or assets you provide

4. Payment terms

One-time build fees are invoiced upon project kickoff. Monthly hosting fees are billed through your Norstar contract on a recurring basis. Failure to maintain current payment may result in suspension of hosting services.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final website content and design. Ctrl Alt Design retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Hosting and uptime

SiteLink sites are hosted on Cloudflare's global network. While we target 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure.

7. Revisions and changes

Each package includes revisions during the build phase. Post-launch content changes are included in Studio maintenance plans. Additional development work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the hosting relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive a copy of your website files. Prepaid fees are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of liability

Ctrl Alt Design and Norstar Technology Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of SiteLink services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 90 days prior to any claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SiteLink services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
